Phil Boland is the Founder & Principal at Eagle Executive Search, an executive headhunting firm based out of Rockville, MD. They perform hiring services across the US mainly in the Financial Services, Technology, and Insurance sectors.

Phil is local to DC area himself and a devout Catholic. Born at Georgetown, growing up in Rockville, attending St. Mary's and Gonzaga high school, he's always had the Catholic community in his life. After finishing college, Phil moved into tech recruiting and never looked back. After 20 years of work, Phil has hired over 1,400 people throughout his career. He left his corporate role at Navy Federal Credit Union to stand up Eagle Executive Search in 2023. Today, he still lives in Rockville with his 3 kids (7,5,1) who all attend St. Raphaels, and his wife Lauren who is a Catholic school alum as well (deChantal, Holy Child). Outside of work and family, he loves watching his beloved Commanders and Terps.
