He left his corporate role at Navy Federal Credit Union to stand up Eagle Executive Search in 2023. Today\, he still lives in Rockville with his 3 kids (7\,5\,1) who all attend St. Raphaels\, and his wife Lauren who is a Catholic school alum as well (deChantal\, Holy Child). Outside of work and family\, he loves watching his beloved Commanders and Terps.
